These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to all purchases placed via the Preypinix store and act as a supplementary agreement to our official Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility & Customer Information

Customers must meet the legal age and qualification standards to enter a valid purchasing agreement under local regional laws. You are solely responsible for keeping your contact information, shipping addresses, and billing details accurate and up-to-date. You also undertake full responsibility for all account activities and the security of your personal store account.

Contract Formation

All product displays, shopping cart contents, and checkout page listings constitute non-binding purchase invitations. A valid official sales contract for Preypinix kitchenware and daily kitchen helper products takes effect only after our team verifies and formally accepts your order, followed by an official order confirmation or shipment arrangement. Automatic system order receipts do not represent final order approval. We reserve the right to conduct subsequent reviews for price discrepancies, stock shortages, security risk checks, and other order-related verifications.

Payment, Taxes, and Currency

All valid payment options, product prices, and additional charges are clearly displayed during the checkout process. Total order expenses include applicable governmental taxes, shipping fees, and other officially disclosed service charges. Please note that any currency conversion fees or international cross-border handling charges issued by your bank or payment platform are independent of Preypinix, and our company will not bear or reimburse these additional fees.

Delivery and Risk Transfer

Shipping solutions and delivery timelines vary depending on your delivery location and real-time product inventory status. The risk of product loss or damage shall be transferred to customers in compliance with local consumer protection laws. Where legally permitted, the ownership of ordered kitchenware products remains under the jurisdiction of Hangzhou Aisifu Technology Co., Ltd. until full payment is successfully completed.

Returns and Statutory Consumer Rights

All return, exchange, and refund behaviors are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy. All legal consumer rights including statutory cancellation rights, product quality conformity guarantees, and after-sales warranty protections granted by local laws remain valid and enforceable. If any clause in these terms provides lower protection than local legal regulations, local statutory rights shall prevail.

Force Majeure Events

Preypinix shall not be held accountable for order delays, service failures, or contract non-performance caused by unforeseeable and uncontrollable external factors. Such circumstances include but are not limited to logistics suspension, natural disasters, governmental policy adjustments, labor disputes, public infrastructure malfunctions, and network or system service failures.

Severability & Contact Support

If any single clause of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by legal authorities, all remaining clauses shall remain fully effective and legally binding.
