We approve eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after customers receive their package.

Eligibility

Returned Preypinix kitchen‑ware items need to be unused, kept in original condition, and come with intact original packaging as well as all matching accessories. A valid purchase receipt is required to proceed with your return request. Personalized custom kitchen products, gift cards and all final‑sale merchandise are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable, except where local legal requirements compel otherwise.

Start a return

Prior to sending any goods back, please write to service@preypinix.com. Kindly include your order ID together with the kitchen‑ware pieces you plan to send back. Our team will get back to you by email, supplying complete return instructions and the accurate return delivery address.

Damage or order issues

Please inspect your Preypinix kitchen utensils immediately upon parcel arrival. Should your kitchen tools arrive broken, flawed, or you get incorrect items, please contact us promptly and attach clear photographic evidence for us to review and resolve your matter efficiently.

Refunds

After we receive and thoroughly examine your returned shipment, authorized refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs will not be covered, unless the problem stems from damaged, defective, incorrectly dispatched goods, or is required by applicable local legislation.
